After spending many years vacationing on the Grand Mesa, this active family built their home away from home nestled at the edge of Surface Creek. The spacious, light filled home is filled with farmhouse touches including a shiplap entryway. The soothing sounds of Surface Creek welcome you to the covered patio that, with a fireplace and spa, is a retreat in and of itself.

Home on the Ranch
When searching for their retirement home, this couple chose 20 acres of prime land overlooking the San Juan mountains to build their ranch. Outbuildings, corals, and arenas for their horses dot the landscape and compliment this western themed home. The barrel vault ceilings, arched entrances, and lots of shelves and niches create a welcoming ranch-style environment.

With fantastic views in every room, this modern home includes many unique features, such as black-leathered granite countertops and appliances that seem to disappear in the cabinetry. Many finishing touches were designed and built by the owners, including the outdoor space, highlighted by a louvered roof pergola.
