Western Slope Whistle Pigs

This 3 piece rock/funk/soul/reggae band began performing together in the Summer of 2023 at the Grand Mesa Arts Center's open mic night. After receiving rave reviews for their performances, they were invited to play at Applefest 2023 in Cedaredge, CO and have since then been devoted to inspiring their legions of followers to get down to classic songs.

Singer and guitarist Matt Grundstad (or Mr. G as his students know him) has recently moved from Denver to Cedaredge to run the music programs at CHS and CMS. That move being facilitated by his good friend and former touring bandmate Josten Foley (drums) from back in their College days, they enlisted the services of Dean Burbank to play Bass.
