Greg was born and grew up in Cedaredge and enjoys sharing his family history. While you tour their beautiful home, hopefully you will have an opportunity to hear more of Greg’s stories.

You might recognize the Williams’ name synonymous with apples. JoAnne is the granddaughter of the founder of the Williams Orchard. She and her partner Mark built their modern home that incorporates farmhouse features and antiques on a portion of the Williams Orchard. What a rare opportunity to also tour the original farmhouse that serves today as Mark’s art gallery. You will see some of his contemporary impressionistic landscapes and Western art in progress.

Building a life and a home has been a team effort for Leo and Tammy since high school. Their retirement home in Cedaredge is the culmination of a life-time career, building award-winning homes and commercial projects. Their creativity and craftmanship is evident throughout the home featuring 150-year-old reclaimed oak barnwood used for flooring and window casings. You will also enjoy touring the big red barn that houses Leo’s extensive workshop and cozy office.

The Griffith’s missed country life and have found it in their Cedaredge home with a view of the Grand Mesa. Their gorgeous home was built in 2003 and contains well-designed timeless features including double walk-in closets, open floor plan and original stained-glass windows. You will agree with Nancy that the best part of the home is that every room has a view.
