STEAM Camp / Wonders of Water 2: Save Every Drop For Grades K - 5 July 15th-17th | 9:00am - 12:00pm "Funding through the Gunnison Basin Roundtable and Supported by Cedaredge Tire and Auto, Proud supporters of YEA!" Join the fun with our wild and wet camp and combine hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math activities to explore water resources and conservation practices. Campers will engage in activities that explore water conservation, water pollution, the water cycle, water forms, and water sources. Day 1 & Day 2: Learn & Explore ~Campers will dive into hands-on activities and experiments to discover: ~How water is used in our daily lives ~The importance of conserving water ~Innovative and practical ways to reduce water waste ~Simple solutions that can be applied at home and in the community Through interactive lessons, team challenges, and creative problem-solving, participants will become young water conservation champions! Day 3: Community Water Fair On the final day, campers will take the lead! They will host a Water Conservation Fair, sharing what they’ve learned with family and community members through: ~Demonstrations ~Displays and projects ~Tips and ideas for saving water Be part of the change—learn, create, and inspire others to protect one of our most valuable resources!
