Note to Parents: You are registering your child for a 5 week course valued at $145 and paid for by generous donations to our YEA! Program.  Because spots are limited and fill up quickly, full attendance is essential. Description: 

A Young Filmmakers workshop is an immersive, hands-on program designed to teach students the fundamentals of cinema. Participants learn the entire production pipeline—from screenwriting and storyboarding to operating cameras, lighting, and sound. Students will collaborate in small crews to write, direct, and produce their own short films, concluding with a celebratory screening.

Instructor bio: Isabel Otis has worked in the video industry for over a decade and holds a degree in Video Production. She owns her own media business, and is a local to Cedaredge. She has made many films, ranging from narrative to documentary, has had her work featured in and recognized by multiple film festivals, and has experience teaching film to younger children.
