About the Event
The Grand Mesa Songwriter Festival is an opportunity for seasoned and aspiring songwriters to have their songs heard, and for music fans to learn the stories behind the lyrics and melodies that only the song’s writer can express.
Multiple festival stages are filled with songwriters, playing and performing their original songs. The festival is a great way to connect with singer-songwriters who have written your favorite songs and hear some of the best songs ever written that you’ve never heard before. These intimate in-the-round acoustic performances will feature three songwriters swapping songs and telling the stories behind them. This setting gives attendees the opportunity to experience tomorrow’s headliners in small stage "listening room" performances at unique venues in historic downtown Cedaredge.
