In addition, this class will challenge the advanced client to work deeper and get back to some basics while keeping them moving and adding another layer to their work. And let's face it, sometimes it is just nice to move with flow, ease and grace. About Mary Mary Steiner began practicing Pilates in 2009 after undergoing a hip replacement surgery. As a lifelong runner she was anxious to get back to exercising but was no longer able to run. She was introduced to Pilates through her trainer and was amazed at the difference it made in healing her body and mind. This served as the spark that ignited her passion for sharing this form of low impact exercise with others. Since then, Mary has opened her own studio and achieved the highest level of certification for Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel and Tower from Peak Pilates. While Mary specializes in helping clients with physical challenges such as Parkinson’s, MS, and hip replacements, she truly believes that Pilates is for everyone.
